Is it possible to get an on-arrival visa for hongkong when you are coming from India ? what does the immigration officials see when they provide on arrival visa ?

Yes you get on-arrival visa for 14 days when you come in to HK.

At Immigration they might ask to see your Return airticket and hotel booking.
