Hmmm.. Thats rite, its difficult to find but not impossible. Obviously choices are limited and sometimes you need to jiggle around and have difficult times explaining them to create your own dish (though many a times what comes out is something you never imagined..Haha). Neway, have to live with that..
Ever tried Chinese vegetarian Rest? Too many choices and good enough to fill up if you like even half of them.

but it is only in Chinese.

Not sure if there is a need for an english forum
like Singapore

I'm also a vegetarian and have no real issues finding good food in HK.
A lot of the Thai, Indian and western restaurants have good choices but many Chinese dishes which appear vegetarian have meat stock or they'll put a slice of processed pork in because, as we all know, pork isn't meat. I found it easier to get vegetarian Chinese food in mainland China than HK, Sichuan being the best!

He meant that sarcastically, I presume....

I'm a veggie too. Usually limit myself to Chinese "buddhist" veggie restaurants or other Indian, Thai, and other continental fare....
