I just got IBM T42 from our service provider which has Win O/s which is eng version. If you buy branded ones most of them has eng options i guess.. The best way is to get the same from HP /IBM or Dell... Professional help is good..

Bought a Dell Inspiron 6000 off the HK website. Good service and was delivered within 7 days. About 150 pounds cheaper than the equivalent one being sold on the Dell UK website too!
