Hi

Does anyone live in the Belchers apartments near the Hong Kong Uni? We may be moving to HK, but dont know much about the different areas. His work colleague moved there a year ago and stays in those apartments and says its very nice, lots of expats and families. We need somewhere convenient for local nurseries and playgroups.

My wife and I live there. There are also several other posts on the Belcher's. We don't have kids, but it does seem to be very family orientated. The flats are nice, there is a huge outdoor pool and a full size indoor pool, lots of playground equipment, etc. Just let me know what you would like to know.

Hi,

I live in the Belchers for almost 3 years now. I have a 3 yrs old son. The club house is wonderful, have lots of actifities for children & family. Convenient location. I put my son in Panda Woodland Chi Fu. It is great especially in the morning. Feel free to email me if you have any question.

Where is Belchers?
My family(Mom, Daughter4, Son7) and I will be moving to HK in July, so far Beacon Hill in Kowloon Tong has been our area of choice, but I'd like to learn more about Belchers, like how big are the apartments? We are already registered in the American International School in Kowloon Tong, is Belchers a easy commute to there?
What is the price range for 1400sqft? Do they have garages, workout facilities for adults? clubhouse? Shopping? etc? Do you guys like it there?
