Hi,

Upon the end of my lease (in a couple of months) I'm planning on moving to a new flat.

Anyone have any personal recommendations for good agents? Personally, from my experience last time around it was always the language barrier which made things difficult.

Preferred areas are North Point, Wan Chai, Central, Sheung Wan (and other nearby areas).

We dealt with an agent called Tommy from Bright Union - Century 21 in Mid Levels.

Call them and ask for Tommy. He's top notch.

Agents to stay away from in my experience have been Treasureland and a couple of expats who work for LJ Hooker.

Any reasons why to stay away from LJ Hooker? I'm working with one now who seems to be quite decent.
