Any lawyer can do it, cost is about $2-300 or so and doesn't take long. I used one in Sheung Wan in the past.

Fly - the lawyer also has to be a Notary Public in order to notarise documents. But yes, most law firms will offer this service. I would call, maybe 6 firms to get an average price and take it from there.

Notary Public Fee

I asked 2 lawyers, they both said a minimum charge of $1000, as prescribed the Society of Notary Public, is required to witness a Statutory Declaration. Does anyone knows if any lawyers would charge less?

Might want to try here ..

Hong Kong Society of Notaries

You don't need a lawyer / solicitor to act as a notary.
