Hi, everyone.

Can you please give me approximate figures for how much a 60 square meter one bedroom apartment would rent for in central HK?

I don't want ultraluxury with a view, but a fairly nice bldg in a nice, central location -- just a rough ballpark figure for how much I should budget. Are we talking HK15000-20000/month? HK20000-25000?

There are very few one-bedroom apartments that big in this town. 60 sqm (600 sqft) would normally be at least 2 and often 3 bedrooms. But you might find one that had some walls knocked out. You should be able to get a 600 sqft place with a short distance of central for $15K, but you could also easily pay $30K.
