Good Aerobics/ball dancing classes in HK???
hi there

just wondering if any of you know where I can find some aerobics/ ball room dancing classes in Central? Or may be any other sport activities you can recommend?????

fitness first (gym) at Grand Millenium Plaza (Cosco Tower) has aerobics classes and a wide range of other classes that might appeal to you. However GMP is a few mins walk from Central, depending on where in Central you are?

I dare say the other gyms (Californa in LKF, Seasons in the Cheung Kong tower) have suitable classes.

For dancing I would recommend Argentinian Tango (fringe activity) or salsa (quite popular here in HK).
