I am a director in a management consulting firm in AUS. Looking to do a similar role in HK under ex-pat arrangement. What should my salary expectations be?

Most of those surveys are fairly self serving.

Drop a good headhunter a line and he'll tell you what you're worth, after looking at your CV.

The problem with the "I am a director... " line (and no intentional offense intended) is that the company you work for, or you... could be the one that defines the bottom tier. In which case..... err .. you get my point.

hey guys since you are at the topic, can i just check if a 17K salary for a 2 years experience architect is resonable? Got an offer but was told by some friends it was low. thanks fro helping!
