I am hoping to buy a flat in HK and wondered if there are any offers for first time buyers whereby initial deposit and expenses are minimal?

Also, I like Tsuen Wan and Sham Sheng, Tsing Yi area - anyone living at "Bellagio", "Cairnhill", "Cliveden" (new developments in Tsuen Wan). Property prices seem much more realistic around these areas.

Would be grateful for any replies.

The developers usually have offers for brand new properties. Keep in mind their interest rates are designed to screw over buyers who need the additional top up.

Look for a partner of the Hong Kong Mortgage corporation.
