I was actually on the brothers' side a few months ago and our gang was having a hard time doing:

1) one fat guy was told to lie outside the door in his tux, face up, with two small dishes of lotus seed next to his ears. Guy no. 2 was picked to come over him press up style and eat the lotus see one by one.

2) There is always these aerobic exercises, just pick one that sweats alot.

4) Then there is the singing ofcourse, loud love songs.
