Are you serious? You are going shopping on your honeymoon? Did you marry your car?

happy honeymoon la!

In no particular order:

1. buying car parts, or even showing any interest in cars, is a big no-no on a honeymoon. you are only permitted to rent a pretty red convertible, and even then, you may only comment on how well it gets you from A to B. All discussion of how well it handles/engine size/tyre pressure/can-we-put-the-roof-down-it-really-won't-mess-up-your-hair-that-much is strictly forbidden.

2. By all means go and browse around Mong Kok for doodads, but shopping for anything specific in that part of town is clinically proven to cause more relationship breakdowns than a trip to IKEA. Yes there are some great car places, but you've both got to be complete petrolheads to find and enjoy them on a short trip here. Even then, they're not really "browsable" like those big car stores in UK or US.

3. Macau is a great place for household furniture and will ship anywhere.

4. Congratulations by the way, and happy choice of honeymoon in HK!
