Apartment Swap,

Anyone interested in staying in my flat in Hong Kong during weekdays only? It's a unique 1BR in Wan Chai on Jaffe Rd near Tonnochy Rd (border of Causeway Bay). Only some 500 sq ft and not newly remodeled, but it's on the 1st floor and has the terrace which is as big as the apartment itself and full of trees, a BBQ thingy (which I never use), chairs, etc.

I have to be in Shenzhen during the week, but Hong Kong on most weekends. I want to keep my flat in HK, but I just don't like the lifestyle of long commutes. I was wondering if there happened to be someone with the inverse situation. Seems unlikely but I thought I'd put it out there.

I'm pretty flexible on exactly how we'd arrange this -- flat swap, some sort of sublease, etc.
