| | Apts with pool, gym & tennis courts Hi, would appreciate someone to give their opinion on whether to live in a place with all these facilities or live at a cheaper place and join those clubs to attend those activities? which is one is more worthwhile? | |

| | | i think it depends on whether you have kids or not. with kids, on site facilities are a godsend. but if no kids, you're probably spending more time out n about and would be convenient to join a gym around where you work or a club where you can relax and ejoy full facilities. gyms mostly don't have pools but of course clubs do (and they are more expensive). | |

| | | As far as tennis goes, best to just book a court somewhere for when you need it. No real need to join the club as court hire is very cheap. | |

| | | Park Island Park Island (Ferry pier no2) has apartments from $8000 pm and has two club houses with indoor/outdoor pools, gyms and ,I think , 4 tennis courts. 25 mins by ferry from central. Even has a nice quiet beach.
It's right under the big bridge and beside Lantau.

Both the buyer and the seller pay the commission. The buyers commission is slightly negotiable with the estate agent.

| | | Not 100% sure, but for some reasons, there are fees that need to be payed by the buyer as well. Your agent will have more info about this. If you plan to buy a new flat, some fees maybe waived. It all depends on the developer. | | Tools | Search | | | | | Rate This Thread | | | All times are GMT +8. The time now is 03:49 PM. | |
