Can anyone suggest where I could find a place to buy some party outfits/accessories?

I find myself requiring a brightly coloured shirt, tiny umbrellas and anything else for a Hawaii party!

If you stay in Mid-levels, there are some steps running parallel to the escalator, just next to 74 Queen's Road Central. There are stalls along the escalator where you can find interesting things... have seen big wigs, masks and stuff there but not sure whether you can find any relevant....

As far as things to wear to a Hawaii themed party, Stanley market has plenty of loud shirts, bathers, and hats for cheap prices.

carve a pint glass holder out of a pinapple and make questionable chest adornments with coconuts, both of which can be purchased at citysuper (IFC&Times Square).

call this number 91417999 and ask for Dione Chan or go to their website www.myparty.com.hk. i just bought a whole bunch of hawaiian stuff for my luau birthday party from their shop in wellington street, central. from grass skirts (hkd35.00 for a long one) to leis and other party stuff, they have it. top tip: negotiate prices.
