Best places to visit for someone who lives in HK
Hi,
We have lived in Hong Kong for a year now. Due to some uncertainty about my husband's job we have decided to have our holiday here. We've obviously done all the touristy things and would like to know of other places that people can recommend. We have two small children, so also need to take them into account.

P.S. Does anyone know of any child friendly restaurants in Central?

Hi Jools:

Maybe have a look at suggestions for visitors - not all ideas are obvious tourist things, might be some places you haven't tried but could like.

Jaspa's in Soho perhaps ok for kids.

Jaspas is NOT really ok for kids, given that there is nothing to prevent them from running out onto the streets.

Macau is always a good option for a day or two trip.

Including Kadoorie Farms which could be a good day trip.
