Anyone know the best and cheapest way to get to Saigon? Seems like Cathay and Vietnam Airlines want over $5,000HK!!! It's insane for a flight that's just over 2 hours. I can fly accross the Pacific for that amount of money!

Checked Thai Airways from Bangkok ... looks like its 15,800TB from their site. Might be cheaper through a Thai Agent.

About 1200 ringit through KL on Malaysian.

Figure you might be able to get a better fare via one of those on a package deal.

I purchased a flight from HCMC, Vietnam to Hong Kong a couple of weeks ago for $400 USD. Purchased in HCMC. The flight was on Vietnam Airlines, but operated by Cathay Pacific. Hope this helps!
