OK, so it didn't work last night. Let's try this again!

My husband and I (27 and 29, Canadian, student/teacher types) are going to see the Takashi Murakami exhibit in LKF on Friday night, then for dinner or drinks. We'd love to have a group of people join us.

The gallery closes at 7 so we'll have to go by around 5:30. Sorry to those of you who work really late ....

If you're interested, please write on this thread and I will PM you with the details. We'd eventually like to go gallery-crawl once per month. Saturdays might actually turn out to be better in the long run but let's try this on Friday (the 26th).

If you don't like art, just come for the beer. Or sangria, if I make a reservation at that Peak Bar place ....

OK, so there is also an opening on the Kowloon side. So the plan is:

1. head to LKF for the Murakami exhibit;
2. Go across to check out this new building and the stuff there;
3. Get dinner and drinks somewhere if we are all still awake and raring to go!!

Hope some other people are in for a good time. Thanks for the private messages I've received so far!

so not shortage of places to visit." is a quote from an artist with an exhibition in the place on the Kowloon side we'll visit later.

Meet us at 5:15 in front of Century Square.

Dinner and drinks are also a possibility!

A grand success, I think -- met new people with similar interests and saw some interesting art.
