| Furniture from China I need to furnish my house with a few items and I heard that some people go to Zhu Hai or Shenzhen. Can anyone tell me if its really that much cheaper. I went to Queens Road East the other day and a Elm wood console cost HK$3500 would it be alot cheaper in China?? I guess all the stuff on Queens Road East must be from the same factories. Wandering if its worth the trip. Anyway recommendations?? tips.. and how much usually do they charge for delivery? |

| We bought a Korean step cabinet a few years ago from Zuhai. Delivery was free and it cost 50 % less than Wanchai. Unfortunately, I've lost the name of the factory, but I definitely think its worth a trip. There's also a furniture town called Shunde. You can get a ferry from the Macau Ferry Pier. More on Shunde here Shunde, China Furniture Wholesale Market - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |
