After the overwhelming interest shown when I volunteered to organise a paintball trip a couple of weeks ago, I'm going to try again.

As I mentioned last time, base cost would be $250 per adult, but assume at least $350-$400 including extra ammo and drinks. We'd probably do it on Saturday or Sunday afternoon, and since you really need to book at least a month or so in advance, I've picked a couple of likely dates. I would need to collect some deposits before I officially book anything, on past experience... The place is in Kowloon Bay, a few minutes walk from the MTR, and it's an indoor arena, more like laser-tag/Quasar sort of thing rather than an outdoor wargame. The guns are less powerful and the ammo is small than in a lot of other places, due to legal restrictions in HK.

If you're interested, let me know and/or answer the poll. If it seems like there's enough interest to go ahead, I'll sort out things like exact date/time and deposits...

Couple of minor mistakes by me here...

First thing is that I'd actually prefer not to do it on the Saturday, since something else has come up on that date.

And secondly, since it's an anonymous poll, I can't see who's voted! I'm going to have to ask people to either leave a note in this thread, or PM me, so I know who is interested as well as how many.

I've called and provisionally booked... for 6pm on Sunday 26th, which was the only time available on that day, even booking more than a month in advance.

They do need a deposit in advance, and I'd like to know who's actually planning on turning up, so I'm going to start collecting them. It will also help give some slightly firm idea of numbers. I should be at the happy hour on Thursday, so I can take $50 then from anyone who's going to come. I'll see how the numbers of deposits look in a few days, before I think about things like asking people to do bank transfers for $50

My husband and I are interested although we find it hard to commit so far away - happy to pay a deposit of 50 and lose if it I cannot come though. Just let me know when / how you need it.
