Transportation - KENNEDY TOWN to WANCHAI

Hey,

just a quick - maybe stupid question - i am thinking about moving to Kennedy Town (Merton) soon. I am just wondering how to travel the best way to Wanchai (gloucester road). I would be working in Wanchai, so i have to travel everyday and looking for a cheap and fast way to go there from my home.

Anyone informations for me? I heard about a West Island Line, which should go from wanchai to kennedy town.

There are 3 ways to get between Kennedy Town and Wanchai
  • Bus/minibus - will be busy and slow at rush hour, relatively cheap.
  • Cab - hard to get and relatively slow at rush hour, expensive.
  • Tram - probably easier to get on, slow when the roads are empty, but can bypass some traffic when it's busy, very cheap.
There is no MTR or other non-road transport to Kennedy town, and there won't be anything for at least a few years...
