A friend of mine is looking to buy a special ring that usually accompanies a short proposal.

He wants to buy a diamond and then have it set in a ring of his design.

Is there a place in hk like Hatton Garden where you can go and buy a diamond, know that it is kosher and then get a designer to do the setting?

Sorry for rambling... the main focus is the diamond at this stage.. but if you have designer contacts.. also good.
