There is JKD in HK? Original or JKD concepts (Dan Inosanto lineage)?

Good question. I'll ask my teacher about it and do a little googling. I wouldn't mind some JKD either, although JKD is pretty much whatever you wanna do at the time.

Wing Chun is criticized as being too 'linear' and therefore not the most practical in reality. JKD is Bruce Lee's own system, loosely based on Wing Chun but with his own alterations and philosophy behind it. JKD is basically whatever works for a given situation rather than a fixed response.

There's kung fu demonstrations every sunday afternoon in Kowloon Park (I think it starts in the autumn through spring). Maybe you can hang around there every sunday and see if you run into the right people. My father (a Pak Mei stylist) met some pretty good Pak Mei guys there. I'm pretty sure there will be quite a few Wing Chunners too

If you are looking for Wong Shun Leung Wing Chun, I would recommend the following Sifus in Hong Kong: Yuen Yim Keung, Chan Kim Man, Ng Chun Hong, Chiu Hok Yin , Wan Kam Leung Each Sifu is very good and teach there own interpretation of Wong Shun Leung Wing Chun. All hold at least two classes per week around Prince Edward, Yau Mei Tai, Mong Kok and Yuen Long and most are close to MTR stations. Just google them and you will find there contact details. I have trained in Wong Shun Leung Wing Chun for a number of years and in my experience, this system is a very realistic fighting style. It doesn’t look that pretty but it works. Yes, it is true Bruce Lee created JKD but you have to remember that the core of his system is WSL Wing Chun. If you want more info on training, pm me.
