Hi

Does anyone know any good real estate agents to look for apartments around Olympic? It seems like a good spot to commute to central where I work.

I'm looking for a an apartment ideally a bigger 2 bedroom. 700sqf+

furnished would be good

A good kitchen is essential.

Pool would be nice but facilities not essential

Budget is around 20k
My allowance is higher than that and I want to use that to pay agents fees, furnishing and cleaner etc.

20K would get you 2-bedrooms no probs.

Other than that, I'd recommend just walking around, the folks from Century 21, Centaline are ok to deal with. If you don't like the agent walk away .. there are plenty of them trying to make a living out there.
