| Average Pay for Waitress/Bartender? what would be the average/accepted hourly rate for a waitress? I know someone working for $30 as a base, but apparently it can go up to $70-100 in certain restaurants for the graveyard shift. is there a difference between the pay of places that have the service charge of 10%? am i estimating about right? >_>  |
