| Hey, which level are you going for? I'm not taking it, but would like to. I reckon I'm somwehere between 3 and 2. Probably too far out from 2 to make it this year. But would be keen to do the JLPT. Where are you taking it, and how are you preparing? |

| I'm taking 3-kyu, which I should be able to pass (since I failed it last time by 9 points, gah). I'm a bit like you, in that I'm in that big gap between 3 and 2, but I know I couldn't get ready for 2-kyu in the next 3 months, so that's on my list for 2009. There are 3 centres to take in HK, North Point, Kowloon Tong and Sha Tin. The exam's always on a Sunday, so I can get to any. If you want to sign up it's 380 dollars, and I think applications close on the 30th... Details are at: [url=http://www.japanese-edu.org.hk/] |

Hey, thanks a lot for the tip. Yeah, it's quite a gap, isn't it? Do you study here in HK? I've been trying to find a suitable place, but it's quite difficult to find. As for the JLPT, I'm not even sure if I'll be here in three months, as I'm actively seeking a job in Japan. If all goes well, I'll be there. But you're right, kyu 2 is where to aim. Maybe 2009 for me too. |
