When people in HK look for another job, how much more money do they usually ask for?

some are willing to take a pay cut (albeit a minority) to do something else that they prefer to do and some will manage to get as much as whatever they can get (ie recenlty a new political assistant saw his pay check rise from about 30k to 135k...how is that for a salary increase.....

Local HK chinese tend to jump ship quite easily for a few thousand more tho
