You can organize your own team, with as many people as you like and register the beach you want...as long as its a beach that is not regularly cleaned by the government.

For example, going to Deep Water Bay or Repluse Bay would be pointless, as the government cleans those beaches. You want an out of the way beach.

Dogs, if you want, its your team. See the site for additional details, once its fully operational.

Are you connected with the organisers? If so you might like to point out that ALL of the links to useful information (PDF files) from the sign up page are giving 404 errors, so it is totally impossible to use that site to find out information or to sign up...
