Centre Stage complaints Does anyone live in Centre Stage and have any complaints about it? I have heard from someone that the walls are thin - is this true? I am coming from NYC and my building has very thick cement walls which i like since i play music relatively loud. Also am thinking about J Residence but like Centre Stage's location better.. if anyone has any complaints (besides price) could you let me know?? Thanks so much!

I think the location of Centrestage is great (I used to live further along the street and now we park there regularly). But yesterday we were walking along Bridges Stree at the back of Centrestage and noticed they have started construction on the building opposite the derelict Police Quarters and the noise was incredible. I would definitely be mindful of that if moving to Centrestage because the apartments facing that way are sure to hear the construction for at least a year or two. I think they were pile driving or something yesterday and it was so loud - I expect it would be like that 6 days a week. Cherry Crest - at the end of Bridges Street (green and white with the round windows) only has two apartments per floor and we never heard noise from above or below.

Thanks for the info - anyone live in centre stage that can verify the noise level? Are there double paned windows?
