Ms Scarlett is on a distinguished road
HK & Koh Samui

Hi,
I have a couple of visitors in Sept for a week & trying to decide where they should stay. My place is too small so need a good recommendation - I'm in TST but thinking they may be better on the Island.

After that, we're all going to Koh Samui & I need any good places to stay - 3 people needing some R&R

Cheers

Any clues on budget?

The YMCA in TST (actually a real hotel despite the name) gets very good reviews.

Don't think the YMCA is quite their thing - mid range I think

YMCA in TST is mid range and many people stay there. It's a proper hotel...

Bandandara at Bohput beach Koh Samui is lovely just as nice as the Anantara down the road which is great but mega expensive. 10 min taxi to Chaweng and 5 mins to fishermans village.
