| Pat-Rights - Hong Kong company sues Apple over iTunes I'm impressed -- a Hong Kong company has actually done something err .. not so unique and sued for patent infringment. Hong Kong company Pat-Rights has figured the need to sue someone ( Apple in this case ) to get some revenues ... Pat-Rights owns a patent which details a method of "protection of software against unauthorised use". Wonder if they will pay a profits tax in HK this year and help Uncle Tang balance the budget. I'm sure 17% of 12% can help out the innovators at Cyberport. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/03...tunes_patents/ |
