Looking For An Apartment In Tung Chung Hello everyone! I just moved in Hong Kong last weekend and I'm currently staying in the company apartment. I am given a period of 4 to 6 weeks to find my own flat. I was wondering if there is a 6k to 7k apartment for rent in tung chung. It doesn't matter if it's a studio or a 1bedroom flat. I just really want to live in Tung Chung. I looked at flats in the kowloon and central areas. The amount I alloted for housing only amounted to a shoebox Does anyone know of any occupants in the buildings in that area if there are any available? Thanks, Karen

there should be 1 bedroom flat in Coastal skyline probably at 7K, though supply is very limited. (rental had been increasing for the past year so not sure of the price today) Suggest you visit the property agents in Tung Chung. If you want recommendation of property agent, let me kno by p.m.

550 - 1 bedroom went for 8.5K. Stupid. 9K could get you 2 bedrooms. Sorry, right now 6K or 7K will only get you an HOS flat in Tung Chung. The cheapest place I heard was a Yue Tung flat for 6K
