Looks like a bit of a rip-off to me. There is a maximum bid-limit and you have to pay a minimum of $20 for every bid (for higher priced items the cost is more). The person with the higest bid wins but if there are many people with the same bid then it is more of a lucky draw. The winning process is a bit more complicated but "winning" is the right word. This is not ebay but a lottery

Shri, u mean bidlimit would be a dot bomb, or you are buying 30 days of time to come up with one? Kevin, I totally agree with you on the Modus Operandi of weblimit

30 days to get an auction site up with far better features and capabilities. This one is a bit of a strange one though with $fees per bid etc. Way too much of a gamble involved.

Hey you guys, You must be very negative people. [deleted] is very cool. I can bid on an item, and get it for 10% of the normal price. Hello!!!!!! What's whrong with that???? Cheaper than lotto tickets, and the timed auction is exciting to watch. (Well it was for me, becuse I was bidding.) So smile! I've used it and like it. Check out the success stories link... Wai

He's what we'd call a schill. If you search google for bidlimit, this thread is right below the actual site and given the topic people would be more inclined to use it. Too bad they're poisoning their ownselves by using schills.

Dear All- I am the marketing director of BIDLIMIT.com. I can assure everyone who is reading the thread about BIDLIMIT, that we are extremely legitimate and please contact our vendors (on each product lot) to find out how happy our clients are as well. I can assure you all that we have very happy clients walking away with some fantastic goods at less than 80% of their retail value. I am pleased to see that we have at least one fan in this group. Unfortunately Mr Shri is wrong in his assessment of Mr. Wai. Mr. Wai is a happy client. Check out our success stories on the site. I assume this is the same person, but i won't be so bold as to confirm this in such a certain manner as our fellow "threader' Mr. Shri confirmed he was from BIDLIMIT. I am pleased to say that www.BIDLIMIT.com is goig very well and very strong after a lot more than 30 days. And by the way, I would love to see ANYONE set up this type of site legally in 30 days. Now that's a challenge! Best of luck but most of all, best of luck in our auctions! We welcome all feedback and ideas in hop that they will be constructive. We have a question for you all- would you like to see the ability for the users to use the BIDLIMIT methods (Time Limited and Bid Allowed auctions) for their own goods?
