Pilates studio on Hong Kong Island?
Hi,

Can anybody reccommend a pilates studio on Hong Kong Island? Or one I better shouldn't try ;-) ...

How about massage places (ehm, serious ones!)?

And spas, beauty treatments?

i try "iso-Fit " in central ..there is not bad ...only pilates ..and smile good ..
