I just arrived in HK this week to take up a role for a Law firm based in Central.

Im a 32 year old English chap, and would like to get to know some friends to socialise with and play tennis/golf/squash with.

Any tips on how to best meet people and good places to hang out will be gratefully received.

To the OP - sounds like you're quite sporty. Join a sports club would strike me as the most obvious way to meet people? Even if it's a sport you've not played before - most standards are catered for in Hong Kong at a wide range of sports.

Socialising is easy enough through this site - there's normally at least one meet up per week.
