Hi, Can anyone let me know what would be the fair rental value for 2br (757 sq ft - mid floor)in Hollywood Terrace. Also, how is the bus facility to Garden road. I googled and found only one bus, 26 which goes from Hollywood road to Garden road - have no clue about the minibuses. Also HWT has an entrace in Queens Road Central - is the bus facility better from Queen's side?

I can't answer your questions, but can tell you that they will be doing construction work right next door to Hollywood which will make it very noisy. The local agents will conveniently leave these details out. If you need an agent, try habitat. I've used 2 local agents, but habitat were the best as they cater for non-locals.
