Modern Building with Amenities and Large Rooms
Looking for accommodation either serviced or regular apartment for 6-12 months. Requirements are:

Hong Kong Island

Modern building (doesn't have to be new just well maintained with newish kitchen / bathrooms)

Good facilities (Tennis Court, Pool & Gym)

Large Individual Rooms

1300 sq feet +

Too much to ask ?? Have a decent budget any advice welcomed

If your budget is HK$80K+ then you have lots of choice. Surely many agents would be happy to help.
