where are the hidden vendors? and what's the going rate? i know in Shanghai it's 6 to 8 rmb, but the selection of serial TV shows is very limited there.

If you're looking for US TV series, I'd highly recommend using Kazaa. I usually get the latest episodes of West Wing, 24, Friends, The Sheild and a bunch of sitcoms through there.

You will need a good DSL connection.
