Hello all,

I am new on this forum and will move to HK in about 2 or 3 weeks. I am looking for a flat to rent on HK island.

I am looking for a one bedroom flat with kitchen and bathroom and possibility to sleep 2 in the living room.

My budget is from 10kHK$ to 20k HK$.

Do you think i can find a nice flat reasonnably central?

Very easy to find flats in that price range. Check the western districts(Sheung Wan, Sai Yin Pun, Kennedy Town) for cheaper deals. 10K will get you a 2 bdrm, 600sq ft in a building less than 20 years old.
