Yes, there is a tailor shop in Tsim Sha Tsui near Nathan road. I saw it when I went shopping and passed by. Can't remember the exact location and it's name. sorry.

Maybe you walk around that area and you will see. Or you could go to ask the Tourist Information Centre at Tsim Sha Tsui ferry station, they have more information on hand for you.

I can recommend Janzten/Jenzten tailors in Central on Des Veoux road in a bank building, they have a website if you google them.

I asked them to copy a pair of trousers that I liked from Zara, they even did some adjustments to them for free when I went back after a few weeks of wearing them.

I also like their shirts because they do a more modern cut instead of the more traditional styles that you find with some of the other established tailors.
