You can try H-TEA-O Tea Garden. It's near Sogo on Great George St. Come out of CWB MTR Exit E, turn left and up the escalator next to Max Mara. The website has a map www.h-tea-o.com

H-TEA-O have about 70 teas of all types along with meal sets and of course afternoon teas. Definitely worth a try.
