| 10 years experience is a bit too excessive for a barista, if the passion is there then he/she could learn quite quickly which is why a lot of these new cafes have young staff, they are doing it because they want to. Same with the new well-known roasters who have nothing like 40 years experience you said but are doing a great job. Having said that 10 days or 10 years in HK would make no difference at all because the passion is not there. There are a few exceptions but not many. |
