Hi there, I'm a 23 year-old starting my second year of postgrad at CUHK. Looking to share a flat in Ma On Shan (or other areas near campus). 2 BR flats there typically go between $4 - 4.5K per person. Need to start the lease at end of Aug or beginning of Sept. I'm easy-going, don't mind untidiness, and can sleep through loud music.
