Just moved to Discovery Park and am rather optimistically seeking a local pub in Tsuen Wan. The only vaguely decent bar i have discovered so far is in the Outback Grill in Discovery park itself. Any suggestions anyone?

Go onto Castle peak road, just outside Discovery Park, there is a small pub opposite. Also try Olive Bar, towards the flyover. There is Coco Duck, an American style bar in Tsuen Wan centre too.

Do you know where we can find any commerical cooking classes about western food in Hong Kong? I knew just a bit of school, but they are not special to teach some topice- make a sauce, cheese or make a buffet...Do you know where is a good school and not expenisive, pls tell me. Thanks
