I have dual nationality and if asked what I am, I say I'm Australian. That's my 'second' nationality. I CHOSE to be Australian, which I actually think is a bigger thing than just being borne somewhere! (Although it helped we still have the queen in Aus... I will be very sad when we finally boot her out).

Yes...how has the person who started this topic fared with his "difficult" American co-worker?

I often post my advice to folks on these kind of threads on sites as it reflects some of my background and work experience, but it is not often enough that we hear back from the topic starter as to how things worked out.
