| Looking to buy at Merton or Cayman Rise? I am looking to buy a flat at Kennedy Town. I am lock in to Merton. I also find Cayman a lot cheaper i.e. $1M cheaper. If for Merton I am looking for a high floor seaview Block 2 - Flat G / H 650" $5M Blcok 3 - Flat K / A 629" $4.5M Can anyone tell me which Flat is the best and whether the current price is worth the value? Also is it worth it to buy a cheaper place at Cayman? Thanks for your advise.  |
