We found the apartment in summer 2006 and found another in the same building of better quality and larger size but higher rent.

Some of what seem to be old walk up buildings do have renovated apartments and do have lifts. Still, I will admit that we had to look through what felt like 300 such buildings before we found a decent one.

FYI, i live in tusen wan, 6.5k, 700sq(clean and tidy), 5 min walk from MTR.
