Coming from London i can see a healthy rental market as people gravitate to the capital to work from all over UK as well as europe.

In HK, I know that its kind of traditional/economic necessity for single locals to live with their families.

So was wondering where the rental demand comes from if no one moves out of home til until later in life?

Can't all be expats or mainlanders moving here to work?

I suspect many whole families cannot afford to own their own homes, unlike the UK.
