I get a temporary HK ID for several years due to a dependent visa. Two years ago, I moved back to Macau because of my broken marriage. Recently, I have divorced and have maintain a sole proprietorship company in HK. My visa would be expired soon, can I renew my visa by myself? What can I do to show to the immigration department for visa renewal?

If you're divorced then that means you can't get another dependants visa renewal though as obviously you're no longer a dependant.

Yes, I know that I cannot renew as dependent visa. So, since I have a company in HK, can I do it through the company or is there any firm that helps for obtaining visa?

Then you're applying for a new visa rather than renewing it as per your subject heading says though.
