You have to decide through which language you prefer as medium of instruction then call up the dive shops and ask to talk to the instructor directly about the course offer, schedule, $$, etc.

From central via MTR -
Wanchai : Prodive
ProDive.com.hk

Causewaybay : Diving Adventure
潛水歷險會

TST, Kowloon : Diving Express
Diving Express And Wanderlust Vacations

Jordan, Kowloon : Pacific Ocean Sports Center
Pacific Ocean Sports Center

Cheers

Friends of mine have done the rescue diver course with pro dive and were very happy with them.
Mr. Elle preferred not to do it in Hong Kong and did it on a holiday (with pro dive) in Puerto Galera.

viz, skills. ah ya, you do realize you have to go hunt a lost diver in this course? Makes it extremely hard, tho much better from a training standpoint, to find your victim when you can't see your own hand in front of your face!

Sylvester is right. That is the reason Mr. Elle did it while we were on holidays. The course is hard enough already, makes it even harder when you can't see/find your "victim" due to poor visibility.

I had the most fun doing it in Khao Tao, Thailand. Some consider this the most challenging & rewarding PADI course available. It kicks up your awareness a notch or so too

The one and only Rescue course I taught, I did at Koh Tao...took all of a few minutes for my student to find the victim...which in a real emergency is good...tho highly unlikely

Did mine in Singapore/Malaysia. Did not think it was that challenging, but definitely useful - would encourage every diver to do it.
Actually, searching for the lost diver in murky Hong Kong waters would be a fun challenge ;-)
